7.3 powerstroke feels sluggish

I did an oil and fuel filter change tuesday afternoon. Wednesday I drove about 400 miles towing a small trailer that weighs maybe 500 lbs. My truck is set on the 80hp setting. my problem is when I was on my way back the truck felt like it was bucking lightly. the truck had no load on it. Now that Im driving around town the truck feels sluggish and has a slight miss sometimes at idle. It feels like im dragging an anchor. It has no codes. can anyone help?

It really only feels to be sluggish after it warms up to normal operating temp.

would it do this if it was overfilled with oil?
