6.0 TC for 4R100

Has anyone tried installing a 5r110 torque converter into a 4r100? I heard that the 6.0 TC is built better than the 4r100 TC. The torque converter from a torqueshift trans 5r110 will fit in a 4r100 however, the center hub is shorter than the 4r100.

its not just the torque converter thats changed in the 5r110.
