Hello all,
I have a F250 SD PS, it is all stock with the exception of a ford power upgrade, done by ford before I bought it. Yesterday, I went to the Auto hobby shop and changed out my tires. After doing this, i drove my truck to the other side of the base, about 1/2 mile or so, and it died. Just as if you turned the key off.. It will start back up, but it will die shortly after. I changed out the fuel filter seperator. And it started right up, drove it around the block and it did it again.. It will start back up, bellows a lot of white smoke, runs for a minute or two and just shuts down. The check engine light came on, so i disconnected the batteries for a while, light went out but problem still exists...
Any thoughts????
