2000 P/S no start

I am new to this site.I have a 2000 f350 power stroke.55k miles stalled the other morning in the driveway.cranks good no smoke. I do have a scanner. codes are p1293 and p1294. cmp checks good.will not buzz the injectors w/ the buzz test.i have learned that injector drivers fail often, also valve cover gaskits sometimes go open. injector driver relay checks good.
any ideas?

Check Maxi Fuse #22 underhood. 1293&1294 says injector high side open banks 1 and 2. If your fuel heater in your filter cannister shorted out it will take out the IDM circuit which is fuse #22.

I'd be surprised if his heaterwent out since the the SD trucks got the better fuel heater but it's a good place to start.

You say the CMP (CPS) checks out how did you check it?

Injector Drive modules do go out and fail with no warning, however I'd check the cheaper stuff first because there is the potential to fry a new/good IDM with bad VC gaskets and UVC Harnesses. if you look @ the vc conectors carefully the any problems become obvious relativley quickly. You'll need to pull your intercooler tubes & valve covers off to inspect the UVC harnesses.

Thank for getting back to me.
The maxi fuses are good including#22. I checked the cps w a fully updated snap on scanner. it was displaying eng rpm while cranking. and have not had any codes for the cps ( scanner calls it a cmp) dont know why.
wiring at v/cover connectors check good. truck has 55k and garaged.kinda funny both high circuts went open at once.I may be able to (borrow) a IDM.I hate to spend that much$ without knowing for sure.
Thanks for your help I will continue to use this site and let you know what happens with this truck.Also buy you a beer or 12 if you come through Truckee Ca.
