05 grill to 03?

if i remember correctly in order to do this you have to change the bumper tas well for it to all fit/loook right

There's a guy on here that did it, appears he replaced the header panel, bumper, headlights, grill. And his rig looks awesome. Try to find the photo's and send him a PM. can't remember his name.

You will have to cut down the grill if you are not going to replace the bumper as well. If you are not changing the headlights, then you can get buy without the header panel, you just have to connect the bottom of the grill with zip ties, or eq.

I did the full upgrade, (including gos harness) several years back, took a couple of hours, but it is pretty easy.

I got my bumper off of Ebay, Wiring Upgrade Harness from Gos Headlight Conversion Harness

and pieced the rest together from "Ford Parts" At Bowen Scarff - Formally 1stfordparts.com .

I think my total was just under a grand.

Yes, you will just have to fasten the bottom of the grill with zip ties or eq.
