    Injector Oil Inlet O Rings Blowing out Has anyone else seen issues with the inlet oring and metal ferrule blowing out of the top of the injector and causing an ICP loss? If so does anyone know what is causing this?

    IPR Solenoid Parts

    Does anyone know where I can get a pilot valve to rebuild my IPR solenoid? I can get orings anywhere, but the pilot valve has some ugly scoring on it and I would like to replace it. Has anyone heard of anything?

    I know about flow testers and things of that nature, but you're right, they are pretty expensive. This is supposed to be a small set up. Like a hand tool of sorts.

    Rickh, Jasper does cover leaks. The only leak that wouldn't be covered would be the pan gasket, and that is only after your first scheduled service. You may want to check into that again.

    Engine oil cooler

    The fix depends on where the leak is. If the element leaks then the international will fit. If the aluminum header is leaking then no, it will not. BTW, a Jasper 444TE comes with an oil cooler.

    OK, lets stop for a second. Just because it dies does not mean it is the CPS. You mentioned that your MIL came on. What code did you find in the ECM? Sounds more like a possible cluster problem.

    The exhaust back pressure is in the front of your engine. Go to the front of your drivers side exhaust manifold and you will fine a metal tube tapped into it that goes up the front of the engine and has a sensor screwed into the other end. That is your EBP sensor.

    Do these appear to be lock up issues?? The ECM will not allow the unit to go into lockup until the unit warms up some.

    If your OD light is flashing then there is a hard code stored in the ECM. That is what the flashing light signifies. Do you have any concerns other than the light? Generally you should be experiencing harsh shifts and possible third gear take offs.

    Early morning transmission issues....

    What you are probably experiencing is a problem with your check valve in the in the rear cooler line ( return side). It is more than likely allowing the converter to leak back and when you start up in the morning the pump has to refill the system before it will pull.

    04 F350 w/ low power.... HELP

    Have a new reman 6.0 with low power when pulling and for about 4 seconds on takeoff. Passes all performance tests and no DTC's. All stock with updated flash for low power from Ford and updated CAC. Also fuel economy has dropped off. Any suggestions on where to look? Have exhausted my brain.
