Voltage problem

Put a brand new not reman on now fine, and the two remans they were going to give me show lower that the new, but both showed good,soon as i put new on went to work.

96-F250 PS Diesel, Check alt and batteries, all good . still battery light comes on at running speed , low rpm goes off,:dunno high rpm goes off mid rpm comes on, what next to check?
