    Better mileage for 6.4

    I am interested in finding the best programmer that will give me the most fuel mileage, not looking for performance so much. I have heard about Spartan tuners giving up to 5 mpg but no guarantee for a $1500 tuner. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
