So what should I do to make more power out of my truck? Was looking at universal sts turbo kit.. But I'll probably have to rebuild my motor soon any recomendations on what I should do? Thanks little e- little E

I have a 2001 ford f-250 superduty it has a v8 5.4L motor in it i live in california and was wondering if it is even doable to do a motor swap with a 7.3 any one know the smog or what ever out here if its something i can or can't do? thanks Little E- little E
