    Fixed it! took it apart yesterday....passenger side was fine, took driver's side apart and the inside of the hub had come apart....not broken...the spring had come out and it all seperated...i cleaned them, regreased and put back together and they work ok...strange...lol...dont know why it came...

    yeah, i feel like i tried everything, damn near back up a whole block..lol, unlock the hubs, lock the hubs...4 high and low.....i did get a very audible pop...like something was frozen after i poured some warm water on the hubs, but it did not start workin..i'm gonna go out now and try and see...

    CCV Fumes............

    only time i really notice it is at night, looking behind at the headlights behind me, lol...in winter it is def more dense, its made me want to get that one kit...i forget who makes it, with the puke tank and extra filter up by the intake.... but the fumes havent bothered me thaaaaat much yet, lol

    i forget how much for the glow plugs, i believe it was around 200 for all eight last time and maybe 30 for the relay??....its not too bad, to do the job its not bad at all...intercooler pipes off, air intake to turbo off, valve covers off and you just replace them one at a time, its not too...

    Question Diff covers for sterling?

    PML makes sweet diff covers, i put front and rear ones on my truck, got em from ITP diesel, magnetic drain plug and temp gauge port/fill, 175.00 a piece i think they were...they came bare aluminum so i scuffed em a bit and put two coats of urethane clear over em so they wont oxidize.

    i run mine through the exhaust, looks like somethings wrong with the truck with the smoke coming out sometimes, lol...but it was better than having the residue all under the back of my truck...i put it in the exhaust just before the muffler delete pipe.

    you can adjust the striker on the post a bit to get it tighter, could be weatherstrips but it all depends on how you use your door, do you hang on it getting in and out? r u a small guy? big guy? alot of factors come into this, the latch on the door is not adjustable unless you own a dremel...
