Slow cold starting: How to check GPR???
clean them batteries post real good..any corrosion will mess with cranking..these trucks need at least a good strong 10 v to fire while cranking...the GP relay is on the passenger side VC..its the one closest to the firewall..the front one is for the intake heater..the big lug to the left of...- early 99 stroker

Compressor wheel ID.
this can be done with turbo on the truck..pull the compressor housing and remove the down pipe..put a screw driver in the exhaust side to hold the wheel..take the nut off the compressor wheel and pull it off..stick on a new wheel and snug the nut down good..do not tighten..just make it nice and...- early 99 stroker

yes the WW,banks wheel ,performance wheel or what ever else these people call it is indeed a early 99 stock wheel...these are the only 2 wheels made for the stock turbo...the sellers just give it there own name...- early 99 stroker

Help Needed 02 7.3L Cold start up problems
you need to make sure you check before any cranking is done...injector oring is the most common..there is a check valve in the res. that can leak by as well..is the any puddles of oil in the valley??- early 99 stroker

Help Needed 02 7.3L Cold start up problems
before you try to start the truck up in the morning check the oil level in the HPOP..it should be about 3/4 of an inch from the top...a bad o ring can cause the oil to drain back to the crank case...if that's full then pull the plug on the ICP sensor and see if she starts then..if still a no go...- early 99 stroker

fuel makes the air..that is correct but.. timing is a big part of useing the air the fuel made ... it is some thing the off the shelf chip doesnt take care of..thats why cutom tuning blows less black smoke at higher HP...the cheap chip just fools the ICP into dumping more fuel witch does give...- early 99 stroker

get rid of the fuel dumping off the shelf chip you have and get some custom tunes for towing..the chip you have lies to the PCM making it dump more fuel to make power witch gives you high EGT's....a custom chip doesn't do that..it adjust fuel,air and timing though the PCM code in your truck to...- early 99 stroker

my filter cover gets washed with simple green every month or 2..the filter its self gets washed and oiled when I change the oil..the cover gets kind of dark but not bad..most of the oil is trapped in the ccv filter..I don't get any smell..the delo 400 doesn't have a strong odder any way's....as...- early 99 stroker

my RR has nothing to do with PSI drop..it just makes it easer to adjust PSI with a knob rather then a shim..if your going to play you got to pay..yes PSI does drop at WOT..if your going to do WOT runs where the fuel PSI drops alot..then you should put one of these on there and it wont drop...- early 99 stroker

dyno runs proved that 60 to 65 PSI give you more HP.. some trucks dont like 70 PSI,,they tend to run ruff..mine likes 65 psi...- early 99 stroker

HPOP Leak, Non-serviceable plug?
