    It wouldn't hurt to check the ground wire. It may need to have the luc repaced. Even the lug on the sender could need replalcing. Its just a quick thing to check before going through the trouble of getting a new sender.

    I would have to agree, the Ford's tires were skipping the whole time. Besides, the Dodge was a dualie. It already had the upper hand with traction alone. The Ford driver should have eased onto the go pedal. I think that might have helped.
