Dip stick oil leak

Im in the same boat, I just discarded all of the "COMMON" oil leak causes. and Im going to live with the little oil leak, because I dont want to pull the motor :rant- DOC-MX

HELP - Need fuel bowl (I think)
Well my fuel bowl was leaking in the bottom, I just clean it very well, spray break cleaner, an put JB weld inside and outside, let cure overnigth and you are done. :sweet- DOC-MX

CCV mod
95_stroker, thanks for your reply, the question was because Im going to change the orange boot with the upgraded black one, and I dont want to use the union which comes with the kit, because of that obstruction, insted Im planning to put a 4" pipe, and do the CCV mod; what do you think...- DOC-MX

Bad Fuel Economy
No the underside of the truck is not slick with fuel and only marks a little spot in the driveway when is shut down. but the MPG has dropped to 11 :eek: so maybe some body knows how much fuel can be run out of the weep hole at a certain pressure. Anyway Im going to change the fuel pump...- DOC-MX

So you think that a leak in the valley could really down the milage by itself? and when you chang the fuel pump, increase the milage? BTW when you change the fuel pump you have to get out the FPR SHIM? :sly- DOC-MX

Bending Pinch Weld..!?
I just used a porta-power to bend the seam without using a sawzall, and it worked very find and very easy, but if you couldnt get one, follow the other advices. :sweet- DOC-MX

Glow plug relay voltage
arrowstrap, I dont know where you live, but do you really needs the glow plugs on, always?, if not, put a switch to eliminate the voltaje when not needed, and if you needed it (cold wheater), turn on the switch, in that way the glow plugs and the harnesses dont receive current and lasts more...- DOC-MX
