    you might be able to get a painted grille from ford. 2001 ranger grilles come painted from the factory, so if they sell trucks with grilles painted that color, you should be able to.

    i tried to put a 16" wheel from a 2000 F250 on my 2005 and it rubbed the calliper. they won't fit. that made me mad because like you i have many 16" tires laying around that i would have liked to put on my truck.
