NEED to warm up truck faster!!
Remove the cooling fan. I saw this done a coulpe of years ago and the guy said he never had a problem. It would heat up fast and it only got to about 220 if you let is sit ideling for a long time after warm. He had a aftermarket temp gauge to watch. He took me for a ride and as soon as we...- nevrnf

Door Seals, again...
I did the 2 front doors on my CC and the drivers door does not close properly? I had to move the strike plate out so the door sticks out? I did notice a difference in sound in the truck but i might try the foam in the drivers door as it might crush a little easier than the vinyl.- nevrnf

Connecting Rods
Forged rod cut off date was Oct 16 2000 at serial # 149832. Unfortunatly they played games near the end and started mixing forged rods in. I know this for a fact as i had a PM motor with a serial # 149783 in a early 01 truck. Stick with a 2000 to be safe- nevrnf
