    That's probably it. It was aligned and rotated at the same time since I did the tie rods as well.

    Well, I just replaced my upper and lower ball-joints and I had all of these parts in my hands, and all seemed good. I am just paranoid that I did not put something together properly. The truck seems fine and solid, but (it's probably just me) it seems that it has more "tire noise" now than before.

    I wish...lol... :( but it's a simple miles driven/gallons used calculation. I think there was a mileage thread posted a while back where I shared the file. If I think to do it, I'll look it up.

    I get 12. All I ever got was 12. Stock was 12 and now mod'ed is 12. I use Stanadyne with every fill-up. B20 got me 12. I've kept a chart of the last 18 months, and it has all sorts of driving in it. I wish I knew why I can't get better.

    If you start with a small bit and get progressively larger, I think you'd decrease the chance of cracking. I have my pyro in the manifold for accuracy.
