Front Auto Lock hubs - OEM

I understand. It's the same principle that makes it necesary for trailing arms when getting a tall lift and using tall blocks. I would just want to minimize damage. I appreciate all of the info.

Front Auto Lock hubs - OEM

Interesting. Would factory wheel offset/backspacing help with bearing life? Even with larger wheels/tires?

    Which flip chip?

Just needs a flush at this point (as far as I can tell,) but the fluid was pretty dark when we did the Sonnax. I'm thinking that Bryan is right, and that it'll go out soon after the chip. I guess I could get lucky that I am running the factory fill of tranny fluid and things will be ok, but I...

    Which flip chip?

I know, I know. I'll flush it on Friday, and the chip is a couple of weeks away. I don't like to hear the bad news, but I am prepared to deal with it, I think. Worst case, it'll be $4k for a BTS.

    Which flip chip?

Thanks Antonio, that's what I am looking for. I would like to stick with products made/sold by members/sponsors of this board to help support their businesses. Economy has to be my #1 desire followed by power. Smoke is just for fun :D

    Which flip chip?

Yeah, I don't expect that. I guess I was hoping for someone to tell me information like so and so makes more power, while so and so has a better economy tune. I don't know. I don't want to cause any problems. I may just delete my thread if people are going to be shy. As far as customer...

    Which flip chip?

I am looking to buy a 6 position flip chip for my truck. I have looked at the offerings from the main players, but I don't know who to go with. What are the main differences? Who has the best economy program? Please discuss as I am ready to :burnit

    Pyro Sensor

I vacuumed out the hole and used my magnetic pick up tool to get the junk out. I let the rest (if any) blow out on its own.

    Cummin's to Ford

I personally love the Cummins motor, but I don't like the truck it comes in. I love my truck and I dig the 7.3, but if I have it long enough to need a new motor, I will consider doing the Cummins conversion. I don't want to get flamed, but their power potential and fuel economy is hard to beat.

ALL my mods are wife friendly. I just tell her that it improves fuel economy. She's all about lowering my fuel bill. When she audits me, I just :dunno

    One of them sleepy Wednesdays

As long as it's not retroactive, I'll drive my cat-free 2000 (with rebuilds) to the grave. And when i go, they can transport the coffin in my 8' bed, so their powerless filtered hearse doesn't have to burn it's own fuel.

How are you disposing of old oil?

I will probably do that. Kill two birds with one stone.
