It is 3.5". I believe that you will only need clamps. You will cut if off. You will need to make sure not to cut too much pipe in front of the muffler as that piece with the S-bend will need to fit the BTM and it will need to be rotated up 180*. The rotation is the most difficult part...- bartman

A/C PROBLEMS
The only problem is that it does it mostly while driving which is why it never had gauges on it when it failed to see if it was spiking due to a clog. I will try to pull over and check it out next time with the screw driver.- bartman

The HP Xover should be no biggie, I have done that in the past and it's a 30 minute deal start to finish on the obs, probably less on the SD's. I am not sure what it takes to do the fuel system (I didn't look to see where Bill's links go) but there's enough people to help tackle just about...- bartman

I have a similar issue with mine. I have found that when I romp the throttle, it will kick back on. There are two theories as to what is causing the problem: 1) There is a piece of debris floating around my refrigerant, occasionally blocking off flow. The solution is to flush the system...- bartman
