    Thanks again! Mike, I saw a best of 15.7 in my 08 when I was driving extremely cautiously. Granted, it only had 16k miles on it at the time, but I was still a bit disappointed as my 6.0 could do that leveled on 35s running 75-80. Thanks, Rusty

    The engine and trans ecm numbers are the ones you need. So, I would send him the codes you have written down. As for an Oasis Report, it's basically a summary of any and all complaints, repairs, issues, and services done to your particular vehicle. They pertain solely to what Ford has done...

    Your Edge might be able to tell you the programming codes. The next option is to have an oasis report run on your truck and talk your friendly service manager into giving you a printout. That's what my service manager did for me anyway.

    Try Audio Enhancers. They have a box for 2 shallow mount 10s that goes behind the seat. That's what I was running in my 06 and I tried to put in my 08. Unfortunately, with the new shoulder belt in the middle, this box won't work in my 08. Heck, if you want one, I'll sell it cheap!

    F350, I agree completely. That would be my only hold back. I would just hate to spend 1800 on gears to gain maybe 1 mpg. That would take a bunch of miles to pay for itself.

    sunilp, Congratulations on the new truck. You will love the power and ride. As for fuel economy, I wouldn't touch it for a while. I know my 6.0 just kept getting better and now my 6.4 seems to be doing the same. I have almost 14k miles now and I'm going to put my programmer on tomorrow...
