    thanks, he said they wouldnt have to replace skin on drivers door. so im not real sure sand it down, seal it, and re paint. passenger door and tailgate arent near as bad as drivers door, not sure why it got that bad. i was thinking about removing that rubber strip down there so i can clean it...

    everything is tight up front. belts are good slight play, no cracks in belt. i added some fluid since it wasnt quite catching dip stick. went test drove, and drove great. went and left shop. 4 miles down road started pulling left, i correct little bit, and it would go right.. had to fight truck...

    thanks dave, it wasnt real low, very dark.. so maybe changing will help. its not like i have total loss in power ..its not making any noises either. i got under and checked it.. wasnt leaking. is their a filter for it?

    Anyone ever have to change one of these on a 05 superduty? i think thats my problem.. truck is hard to steer, its hard to drive straight, coming home it was hard to keep between the lines... it did this on monday, drove fine home monday night, and drove fine tuesday. now it started acting up...

    Horrible fuel mileage

    my neighbor has a dodge 2500 mega cab 4x4, with cummins 6.7 and he gets around 12 empty.. so i think the big three are all having fuel economy problems. i know that would make me mad though, if i bought new truck and it got that low of mileage. Good luck

    Deal?

    ok.. just won and bought 06 xl grill off ebay, 20,000 miles on it.. no flaws. 71 bucks shipped. and going to get a 06 painted just metal part of front bumper.. brand new take off 100.00 bucks. now i can take off and save my chrome stuff.. just case i ever change mind.. think this was good deal?

    sounds sweet.. mine is rough idle sometimes.. but once its up to temp.. runs awsome... you have to pull pretty hard to get filter to pop out.. sucks cuz you fling oil around when it pops loose.. but easiest engine to change oil on.. pretty nice design

    you can just buy the smoked lenses from recon.. then get lights and harness from ford.. i paided like 70 dollars for lights and harness from ford.. pretty freakin cheap for ford part

    nice job.. nice clean braket you made.. i have the oil filter cap alrdy for my oil pressure gauge.. so thats 80 bucks i wouldnt have to spend.. im just worried about running oil for that long.. i like changing every 5,000 miles. still not completly sold on the idea..

    no bama. im getting the chrome... i have a love for chrome. not like you lol but i just cant get rid of all that chrome. just wanted to get rid of the badges. thanks for info bout tailgate and powerstroke tags. if i do the sticker route. i might do gloss black and have the lettering dark grey...
