    egt temp

    ok i have 05 f350 6.0. i have an auto meter egt gauge and i think its not working right.. it not very responsive at idle its about 275 degrees driving its about 400. the hottest ive ever been to get it was like 650 700, and thats pulling 12,000 pounds up a hill. i put the probe in drivers side...

    yeah. when my egr was sticking it smoked like a truck with big injectors.. kinda cool just didnt spool turbo very quick

    thanks guys. its a 4.5 Icon lift, with their added 1 inch tei bracket. so its sits about 5.5 inch in front . i only went up one inch in the back. so im sitting a little low in the rear.

    Truck not safe to drive - Steering problems

    prob notice more play when you had less weight on front end. my has lil play in it too, maybe i jack up and chk ball joints, maybe try to tighten steering box too

    Who has the biggest/loudest setup here?

    not that i want to do this, just an idea. if a person was to put a body lift on their truck, would this give enough clearance to change head gaskets and studs? 31/2 body lift?

    grill is easy to take off too.. just take 4 screws out of top.. pull it back lilttle bit, and i took long flat blade screw driver to push clips loose at bottom.

    yeah.. just painted all my badges.. took them off with finish line.. and heat gun. the used a rubber eraser wheel to get rid of all the glue.. or sticky stuff..and yeah all badges have holes.. not the powerstroke tags.. but everthing else.
