    7.3L Wont start in Park

    This is a common problem on older automatic transmission cars and trucks. It is most likely the Neutral safety switch is out of adjustment. I'm not sure where it is on your truck but it needs to be adjusted to let your truck start in park. Hope this helps. Joe

    After looking at the kit but not seeing the inside of the device I don't think it would be that effective. It looks like it is designed for the drag race group. Short time cooling, by the size of the bottles. that's my $.02 .

    ESOF Won't Engage........

    I'm not sure what all is controled by vacuum on our trucks. Sometimes heater valves ,vent and a/c flapers may be. These are also prime suspects for leaks. Hope this helps. Joe

    Opinions on oils for my 99?

    I've used Delo sence the 1st oil change and have not had a problem. I also change the filter every time . I use the Motorcraft filters. I have 169,000 miles on my truck.

    Diesel Site Coolant Filter installation issue

    I have the Ford AIS and when I installed the filter I had to loosen the radiator support bolts and move the radiator about 1/4" after that no problem. Hope this helps. Joe

    Leaking diesel?

    you undo the (4) torx machine screws and remove the drain housing. On the backside (next to where it butts against the fuel filter housing) you will find the "O" rings. Replace these and reinstall the drain. If my sometimers hasn't kicked in this should be right. Hope this helps. Joe

    Oil Filter (Fill or Not To Fill?)

    On filters that will keep the oil in while installing the filter, I precharge the filter the others I don't. ( Horizontal Filters)

    Water Pump Torque Specifications and O-Ring Lubricant

    For the "O" rings, I used Molycote 55 ( Dow) It is a silica type Lube and preserver. We use it on the Gas Turbines at work. Hope this helps. Joe
