I seem to remember that someone ,on one of the forums i go on, changed the bearing in the tensioner, but I don't remember where I saw it. Maybe someone else can help. Sorry. Joe
If this was an older transmission I would say that you needed to look at the Modulator valve or the vacuum line to it on the newer transmissions I haven't got a clue. Joe
Mine was broken when my helper rested his arm on it while hooking up the inlet air duct to the turbo. It broke just above the bolt loops on the bracket. I used epoxy to stick it back together while looking for an original one.

I had a plug on my drivers side spray nozzle , I used the smallest welding tip cleaner that would go in the passengers side sprayer and not ream, to clean out the plug.

First off remove the power wire to the fog lights and see if you still have the drain on the system, if not then it is in the fog light wireing somewhere. I don't know how you wired the system so other trouble shooting is going to take a lot of patients. If the above quick test dosen't work...
