    Grounded MAP sensor?

    Maybe there is a resistor on the wire. I fooled my 6.5L GM like that with a Pot and I gained 7 Miles per Gallon. It took me 8 years before having the courage to do it though. I am tring to figure the wiring on Mine to test it to. Maybe that is the answer I was looking for.

    I did that and on my 2005 the opening is behind the left side grill Bar. Its completely hidden and can only see it from the side. The Grill Bar protects any objects that may fly in the inlet. My open area is same size as the filter area.

    Good to know. What did you do with the cooler problem, you did not need it anymore? I had a 76 Dodge that blew an engine problem at 50K and since I drove the cars as much as possible without the EGR. But the new clean fuel should help though compare to 2005. Like when the gas had lead.

    I took a drive this morning and after arrival, I unhooked my EGR connection. Then i proceeded to return home. Well my indicated milage went from 16.5MPG to 18.2MPG and that is combined city and 55MPH driving. I did notice the greatest milage when I took off in city of 22MPG. Will keep testing...

    4 x 4 F250 front U-Joints and Bearings

    Is it possible to have a breakdown and Sketch of the parts for the replacement of the front U-joints and needle bearings. Mine is sticking and and the drive shaft looks loose in the wheel bearing bore. I did a lot of repairs to the Rangers model and I feel its similar.

    its a scanner indicater, and not average fuel millage. It was realy bad on fuel before.
