    Cold weather Bio

    Talked to some guys up by the Arctic Circle this weekend that were testing some bio-diesel. They told me it was good down to -80 but the temp was only down to around zero so it was not much of a test. It will cost as much as normal fuel but I guess it is better for the environment.

    Not a bad idea to have a temp gauge as the dash gauge is just a glorified idiot light.

    I remember the pinewood derby days. Be sure to graphite the axles and get it up to maximum allowed weight. Also helps to slightly elevate one front wheel so it is actually only rolling on three.

    Thats how mine is - let off the throttle and it come on as long as the switch is on.

    I suppose you could but it is better to hook it up with a relay and throttle cut-out.
