    Define "new batteries". These trucks require high cca batteries that are fully charged. If they are tip top shape then cables may be coroded inside the insulation.

    How often you using them? I lock mine in once a year around September and take them out in May. Been doing this with the factory hubs for 19 years and never had a problem. Always heard good things about the warn hubs but oem seems to work for me.

    Haven't used it yet as I just mounted it. I did drag the Explorer across the driveway to pre-stretch the synthetic line and it didn't even grunt.

    Got a good deal on a Smittybilt M1 front bumper so I added a little front end protection. M1 bumper, 12K winch with synthetic line, prolink thimble, stainless D-rings, led fog lights, Rigid light bar moved to the top and a Odyssey battery to power the winch.

    Installed the shocks today and wow what a difference. The ride is night and day. Can't believe how the oem shocks felt after only 4,600 miles. Manually pushing them down after removal I could actually feel dead spots in them. Truck rides like a half ton with them installed. Me like em.
