    97 7.3 no start

Just get on Ebay and search for "CPS", "Ford cam sensor" etc--they should show up.

    7.3 Tranny Reverse problems

BTS isn't the end-all/be-all of trannys. John Woods and ATS also build good transmissions and they're both west of the Mississippi, so at least they're a little closer to where you are.

    ejectors, anyone

If Q could do it for 007's Aston-Martin, I don't see why a Superduty would be any more difficult...

    the mice are back!!!!

I was going to suggest something almost like that, only slightly different in design. Instead of using a can, I made a teeter-totter that was just a smidge shorter than the width of the inside of the bucket. When the teeter-totter was balanced, I placed a small dab of peanut butter right in...

    ejectors, anyone

I recommend something from THESE folks. They're kind of pricey, but if you ever have to use one, you get a free necktie and can join the CLUB.

    INTERCOOLERS

If there aren't any writeups, it's pretty simple. Make sure that you have the radiator supported (I used a piece of 2x4 on a floor jack), then unbolt/remove everything that's in the way of the IC. R/R the IC, then re-install everything. It took me ~4 hours to do, but that includes break time.

    Lowe's Task Force brand ?

Do you seriously think you're going to get a decent toolbox set for that little money? IMO you'd be better off saving some dough and buying something a little nicer that'll probably hold up better.

    Who Can explain

    1) It's a Thermocouple, not thermocoupler 2) Here's how it operates: step on the loud pedal, the EGT (and, consequently the display needle) goes up. Get off of that pedal, EGT goes down.

    House electrical troubleshooting?

OK--I made sure that the black/white/red wires were in the same relative postitions on both switches but I'll try and see if they both work to power on/off the fixture.

    House electrical troubleshooting?

It's fixed and I only got tickled once (apparently the switch is NOT on the same breaker as everything else in the room  ). There were 2 3-way switches that ran the fan (one that looked nearly as old as dirt and one that looked pretty new) but I swapped 'em both just to be safe and now the...

    House electrical troubleshooting?

Thing is, the fan is controlled by two separate switches--maybe I'll just replace both of them and see what happens. :dunno

    House electrical troubleshooting?

Here's the situation: we have a ceiling fan/light in the living room that quit lighting up about two weeks ago. I changed the lightbulb and that didn't "fix" it. I installed a new fan (the $20 special at Home Depot) and it still doesn't work. After that I cycled the breaker and still nada...

    Rude awakening

You might also want to consider loads with #4 buck vs. OO buck. You won't give up any range in home-defense scenarios and there are more pellets per shell.

    New Additions?

Please try using the search function--those questions come up so frequently, there's really nothing new anyone can say about them.

    Child Seat Anchors?

Yep--we had a car wreck come into the ER two weekends ago and the two kids (who were both properly restrained) were uninjured. The other people in the vehicle were all injured and one of them is now a quadrapalegic b/c of no seatbelts.

    Coating an under-mounted air tank?

If I were to mount a 5-gallon air tank under the body of my truck, can anyone think of a reason (DOT, safety, etc...) not to have the tank sprayed with bedliner material? I figure that would help protect the tank from road salt/spray/rock chips/etc and that might help it last longer.:dunno

    Tire Rotation

I have Sears rotate mine every 5,000 miles since I paid extra for the lifetime service plan when I bought the tires and by God, I'm going to get my money's worth.;) :D :D

Cool--when do you take delivery? Did you need them while "earning permission" to buy the 5'er? ;) :sly :sly :sly

    Best prank you've pulled...

That truck was normally pretty rancid, so the smell wasn't quite as nasty as I can neither confirm nor deny hoping...;)

    Denver Airport...

I actually haven't had any yet. The volunteer I asked said they "might" be staying open all night since some folks don't have a confirmed flight out yet and if they do stay open, I'll snooze here vs. on the floor somewhere out in the terminal. The recliners they have are VERY comfortable (I...
