    Well I got my switches today and installed this mod this evening, it worked great, I did test with an ammeter in series between the two wires just to be safe, everything works fine, Thanks again Swkeeker for the heads up on this! Donnie

    My 2004 CC has 20K + miles on it, I average 16+ MPG city/hwy summer fuel driving, but only about 18+ all hwy, it might get better with more miles?? I know it would be better if I slowed down :dunno

    mine never blew off, but I had an oily film leaking from it and splattering on the oil filter lid, I ended up taking the black plastic hose off, cleaning everything up and re-installing, I know I tightened the clamp tighter than it was from the factory, hasnt been a problem since....... so far!
