    Still won't run as of today. They called Hotline and were told that the latest flash was messing up the FICM so they have ordered a new one. It will be here tomarrow. Once they get it to run they will check the injectors again but he figured it will get a whole set. Thank god for warranty...

    It's REALLY bad when cold and doesn't get much better when it warms up. Not really good for a fire truck! Sorry to here of your problems. Seems like no-one knows how to fix these problems. Mine has been to 4 different dealers to no avail..............

    Thanks for digging. My service manager out here would like to figure it out too. I spoke with Mark Wildman from International/powerstroke design team last year and he said it was Ford specific. The 6.0's in the internationals haul butt!

    Bad when empty but almost undrivable loaded. Even empty you have to take off in low gear. Every 7.3 i have had you could take off in 1st.....

    The biggest problem is the lag it has. You can't hardly cross an intersection safely. I have had 5 - 7.3's and even the non turbo ones had more balls than this 6.0 has off the line.     To damn bad there is nothing for the 03 6 speeds. Mine could get me or my wife killed crossing an intersection it is so damn gutless off the line. Gotta drive it like a friggen gasser and slip the hell out of the clutch to get it moving. Once it's rolling it's not too bad.......

    Filters were not even dirty. It has ran like this since new. Most of my fuel goes through a bed tank which has a filter on it though.I buy 100 gallons at a time and usually at flying J All my 7.3s went 75-80K on a fuel filter and all had 200K plus when i sold them with no issues. I don't...

    Hoping i can find a solution to my problems cuz i don't like Chevy or Dodge. This is the most problematic engine Ford has ever had. I had 4 7.3's and never a lick of trouble out of any of them. I know so many people with 6.0 issues it would make your head spin!!!

    Add to the list of things i hate about the damn truck. 62K on it and i decided to change the fuel filters for the 1st time. Top one was a 30 second deal. The one on the frame rail is a B I T C H !!!!! Took almost 20 minutes turning the damn cap an inch at a time to get it off!! No friggen room...

    2002 F350 no start........

    50*when i tried to start it, 70 in the afternoons. Not GP related at all. Every PSD i ever owned would start without the GP's above 50* It has been fine for the last 2 days now. Kinda wierd.
