    Update/Questions on the Boat Situation

    Sometimes a crack int he coil will cause a similar problem. When it is cool, the coil is sealed, then as it heats up the crack expands. It will cool down a little bit and start and repeat the cycle similar to what you are having. Since it is in a pretty harsh environment it is a good possibility.

    I would like some advice/opinions

    the goofiest noob question.....

    The 00 up trucks have a metric bolt pattern. 8x170 The older trucks don't. PLus the offset of the 05-06 trucks is way different than the pre 04 trucks.

    What is funny is that the newscaster was saying that it was because the truck was overweight by 7000 lbs. Being overweight, though certainly illegal, was not the cause of that accident.

    I am with Dpantzis. If you are a regular business associate with this guy, then buy from him, even if you have to spend a little bit more. Of course, that is just me, and my wife says I am wierd about this sort of stuff, but it has always paid off for me.
