    This is what I had installed. Notice on the parts list that it comes with 3" blocks for the rear which I thought was dumb cause it was quite noticeable that the rear end squatted.     Radiator

    Just had my radiator replaced. Took the truck in for a oil change and they said I needed a radiator. I didn't notice it was leaking. Also had to replace a battery (2-1/2 YRS OLD). Also had to replace the overdrive button in the shifter. I love the truck but damn when it breaks.....warranty...

    I had my cab removed for a replacement of the rear turbo inlet pipe (covered by warranty). I got it back 6-1/2" days later. I guess the speed of the repair is based on the skill of the tech.     Mine was making a loud squealing sound in the morning or after it sat for a while. I also had the diesel smell in the cab. They wound up pulling the cab and replacing the back turbo inlet pipe and I had a bad egr valve. It took my dealer, the repair took 6 working days from start to finish.

    The Dealer called and said my parts are in. I'm going to drop it off Tuesday for the repair. I'm going to try to get some pictures and post.

    Turbo Rotation Noise

    I have heard this noise on several occasions. As you stated it is usually very noticable when you shut the engine off. I think I will tell the Dealer about it in case it turns out to be something failing.

    So I got this noise in the rear of the engine compartment....sound like a exhaust manifold leak. I take it to the dealer and the diesel tech says its the y pipe on the rear of the engine. Then he tells me they gotta remove the cab to make this repair. Has anybody had this done? Ford really didnt...

    Help Needed Rattle under light load & idle

    Rattle? Mine is doing the same thing, dont sound like the normal diesel rattle.
