    Thanks, John. I'm okay with the auto now. I've actually given up on trying to find a manual. I just want a good truck. Even considering a 6.0 but I'm not sure because of the motor issues. I have a thread in the 6.0 forum on that as well. We'll see how the '02 at the dealer goes.

    I know this is two years later but since you're in Idaho did you check with Les Schwab's? I only use them. Got BF All Terrains at Cosco 5 years ago and hated them. The BFs don't seem to have the best tread life. Schwab's will have better tires in my opinion and here in Post Falls the service...

    How will this tow?

    Just remember a 5th wheel/goose neck doesn't track like a bumper pull. Wider turns and backs up differently. Practice some and don't be afraid to wiggle back and forth when maneuvering. I'd rather take a few extra minutes backing up then denting something.

    What kind of smoke while driving or accelerating? Lots of black during normal driving is not enough air (plugged air filter) or maybe an IP problem.
