Looking at the pictures in the 6.0L Bible and looking at the engine mounted in the truck, what it the trick to get back there to look at it? Can I get to if by removing the coolant return bottle and go in from the drivers side, or do I have to remove the turbo an go at it from the top front...- snicklas

The check engine light came on immediately at start up. I had it checked at Advance and they read the following code: P2285 - Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Can someone shed some light on what this means? 04 6.0 as daily driver
Somewhat stupid question? What is considered "extended idle time"? I make sure to use Diesel Kleen and drive it like I stole it every once in a while, plus tow a 5k trailer. I do let it idle at times sometime for 10 or 15 minutes. If the family sits in the truck and I run into a store...etc...- snicklas

warranty?
The 6.0 engine has a 5yr/100,000 mi warranty. I believe the rest of the truck (everything but the engine) has a 3yr/36,000 mi warranty. As always there could have been an extended warranty purchased to cover longer.- snicklas

Battery Drain / Electrical Issues
Mike, Everything in the dash is stock. 6 disk Ford Stereo, Stock Guage cluster, and Automatic HVAC controls. I have a GPS and and XM installed, but plugged into the lighter, and I unplug them. I also have a brake controler installed, but I don't think it pulls off that circuit. What is...- snicklas
