    Rough idle

    Plug your truck in tonight and see if it runs rough in the morning when you start it. Might need to check glow plug relay also. Stealership will rip you a new one!

    Im glad you got yours fixed. But this vibration/noise is in the front passenger side of truck not the rear. Im going to order a new Hub Assembly and see if it fixes it. Thanks for the help guys.

    I checked the passenger side UV joint and it moves up and down about a 1/4 of an inch. Do I need a new hub assembly or something else? Any help would be great. My family is going on a 2400 mile round trip and would like to make it safely. Thanks for any help you can give.

    It was the ball joints that were replaced 20k ago. Must be axle loose in hub bearing. Does that mean replace Hub assembly?

    Im not sure. I dont think the hub assembly has been changed or at least in the last 100k. I think I had the ball joints or tie rods replaced about 20k ago. I used to have a nasty steering wheel wobble until I had them replaced. Not sure which was replaced.

    Now that I have new tires on the truck I can here a noise when the truck is in the 1750 to 2000 rpm range. It make the noise in every gear including OD.     How much DCA4?

    I just added a coolant filter after coolant change and was woundering about DCA4. I have never heard of it or added this to my coolant and was wondering how much to add and where to get it? I have a 50/50 coolant water mix of the old green coolant. Thanks

    Education

    Could be clamps,hose, or o-rings in your fuel bowl drain lever. Guzzles can get you what you need. Check here after you can get a look at it in the light. Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines hope this helps!
