2002 7.3 Coolant Temp runs hot with load
Thank you I do have 185,000 miles. Would you pull it and have it checked. Or just replace it with OEM. The truck never runs warm other then A/Z heat pulling my trailer up the hill. Never a problem on flat or even small hills. Do you think that big cooler 6.0 trans cooler I put in was a good Idea ?- mark6403av

lifts and towing
I had a 95 F350 with 35inch tires pulling a toyhauler. I do lots of camping in woods and dunes. I had 11 inches between the top of the bed rail and the camper and it would rest on the bed all the time. I got rid of the goosekneck and put a 5th wheel hitch in that will only let it move 7 degress...- mark6403av

2002 7.3 Coolant Temp runs hot with load
New coolant,new water pump and t-stat 8 mouths ago, new fan clutch. I hurt my back so I had to get a auto trans. Never had a problem with my 95 F350 7.3 std. I was thinking of just replacing the rad. Do you think I should have left the small cooler and added one with a fan under the truck thanks...- mark6403av

2003 6.0 problems
Hi how do you know the head gaskets are bad with coolant out the exhaust ? sounds like it's just the EGR cooler if it's filling the right (passenger) side of the motor. Just joined I'm Mark- mark6403av
