    They sure look good and meaty on trucks I have seen them on. I don't think they are that loud from some trucks that I have rode in.

    Simple Cabina

    I can read and figure out some of that lingo, but not all of it. It appers to have an I4 cummins, as to which I dislike as an industrial motor. They vibrate to much when used to spin balanced fans, and run hydraulic pumps. The deere is much better in my application.

    The cold weather will definately take some juice out of them, but it will make that slow draw, occur faster. I would test them with a load tester or cold cranking amps tester and determine the condition. Wouldn't hurt to check the charging system output also.

    Basic Tool Box

    The most valuable are screw drivers, a good full set of 3/8 sockets sae and metric, big and little hammer, full set of wrenches, test light and meter, jumper cables, lug wrench, jack, club-for defense. I carry stuff not in particular to my truck in case I need to help somebody else.

    Shopping for new HDTV

    42" Vizio has been very good for me. I recently won a 26" Westinghouse from the Snap-on truck. It is very nice for a free gift usually $400.
