    Yes it is the ICP sensor low code. Check the wiring harness before replaceing the expensive sensor.

    Manual 4WD shifter on electric shift transfer case

    Trace the wire backwards from the servomotor to find where you do have power. That will narrow down any wiring problems. You may be able to replace the wire outside of the harness to bypass either a chaffed or shorted wire.
