    The paint on the sd is bad.he insisted on painting it outside .sun came out and flashed the clear too quick .high temp/slow activator might have helped.didn't get payed for it anyways.

    Thanks guys.ill have pics when the owner finishes it. Was a lot of work.I must have 3 full weeks of cutting,welding and fabbing pieces for it .i had to make everything for it but the lower quarter pieces . I couldn't be happier with how it came out.

    My 95 is running tee5 (tee4 forgot wich) my chip was burnt for tde1.I found a tde0 ecm.any reasons to use or not use the tde0? I know the factory programming is better than the tee4/5 but the chip is supposed to override it with the tde1 programming.would I be better off with the tdeo/tde1...

    stripped head on exhaust manifold bolt ??

    Can you cut the head off the bolt? If yes cut the head off, pull manifold and vice grip the rest out.its been my experience that the bolt siezes in the manifold not the head.if you can, cut it behind the manifold ear

    There is also a throttle on/off switch on the pedal.check it.if its telling the pcm that youre off throttle it will do what you described

    Your oil is fine.shouldn't being running anymore but 15/40.try cleaning the fpr screen if you haven't already.

    Injector orings will do this as well.what does your fuel filter look like? Also clean the fuel pressure regulator screen.

    My PCM has a KAM Failure

    KAM error is keep alive memory.your batteries recently died or were replaced or the pcm fuse recently blew and was replaced.nothing wrong with it

    I would.the knew fords and gms are hideous.the fords dually fenders are god awful ugly.dont get me started on the nose and interiors.the interior in my friends 2010 ford makes me wanna puke.
