Thanks for the info BJS! I went to Ford today and priced the sensor (ICP sensor on the head) and the o'ring kit for rebuilding the IPR. They wanted $36.45 for the oring kit and $145.80 for the sensor. This is with my discount too. Is there a place cheaper in price but same quality??

Question 4" or 5" exhaust? Any downfall to 5?

My 7.3 sounds mean with 4" turbo back and no muffler. You will be happy with it. Yer mpg will go down cause you are gonna have your foot in it all the time haha.

Have you cleaned yours before BJS?? Wheres the best place to get the ICP sensor? Mine is leaking badly. Is there a good aftermarket one or am I stuck buyin a stock ford or international one?

Well JL you mentioned the ICP sensor earlier in this thread. I did some more researching and the ICP and IPR came up with my symptons. I went ahead and pulled the connector at the ICP and it had oil in it. Can I just leave it disconnected? Also i am hearing that the IPR can get stuck and gunked...

    MBRP vs Magnaflow exhaust

I have MBRP on my 7.3 and love it. Fit great and looks awesome! I highly recommend them. Ive used magnaflow mufflers, also good! But when I think diesel exhaust, I think of MBRP. Pretty much the biggest name out there. Just like when I think truck, I think of FORD! haha

Question 4" or 5" exhaust? Any downfall to 5?

Is this for your 6.0 or 7.3?? I guess no matter what truck you get, 4" is plenty. I would suggest 5" IF you have a highly modded truck with crazy hp. A modded 7.3 or 6.0 really only needs 4". 6" stacks would be the minimum I would put on cause 5" is too small looking IMO. 6" is the perfect size.

    Question why only 20% biodiesel?

How are people makin their own biodiesel at their house? I've seen some shows on how the big companies do it but its expensive the way they do it. Atleast in the quantities they make. I'd love to make my own fuel but dont know how expensive it would be. I've seen they are usin algae now. That...

Pop up campers, which to buy?

Well a pop up is low profile compared to a 5th and weighs a lot less. I'd say it would get better mileage since its lighter and smaller. I can get a pop up with a toilet/combo shower. If I can find a toy hauler 5th wheel really cheap, hell yea i will go for it but you usually cant touch one for...

Pop up campers, which to buy?

Well I was thinkin of gettin a truck camper but Im pretty much against that now. So that leaves me with a towable camper. With fuel so damn high, a pop up seems to fit the bill. I always like coleman/fleetwood BUT I heard they are out of biz?? I dont want to buy a camper from someone thats gone...
