    Red FUEL FILTER Light

Yup Hot Fox in front stock VO tank and Arctic Fox in aux tank. Aux tank is NOT connected to front vegoil tank. The only reason I got the Arctic Fox is for winter VO road trips when I need to pump via transfer pump, hose and nozzle from aux to front VO tank. My transfer pump is a 12v Fill Rite...

    Red FUEL FILTER Light

Kevin I have that Arctic Fox in my vegoil 70 gal aux tank but w/o the thermal bypass. Works like a charm during winter to thin (warm) the vegoil enough to not burn out my transfer pump. Rick as you know I have that Hot Fox too in my front vegoil tank. Glad it's workin' for ya.

    Plant drive kit install

Yeah, going with cheapo hose just won't do. There is no need for clear hose to see air. You'll know when you have some. :D You could use standard heater hose for your VO line but J30R9 around the vegtherm. The fix for purging air is getting a 3-way ball valve plumbed in the return. When you have...

    Plant drive kit install

Better yet click :sweetThanks :D It should always start on the first try especially this time of year. Glow plugs all good? After WAIT TO START light goes out wait another FIVE SECONDS before cranking. This will give the glow plugs another five seconds to heat up but once started the glow...

    Plant drive kit install

The coolant filter is designed to be installed as a bypass. If you plumb it in your coolant loop and the coolant filter gets filled with debris (and it does) you will restrict or cut off the flow to your coolant loop. Not a great idea IMO. Mine is a loop from an out port by the t-stat to the...

Well changing my first fuel pump was far easier than expected. Threading the banjo bolt was a piece of cake since my hand was able to do 3/4 of the threading under the turbo pedestal. My 1 1/4" box wrench already had the box side bent enough for final tightening. The hardest part was fitting the...

I add Killem to my vegoil & biodiesel storage containers. I don't cut VO during winter because my system runs fine as long as I wait for it to be at least 180*F before I flip tanks. But I have cut VO during the winter as a test using kerosene but found it to be unnecessary and a complete waste...

A three way ball valve plumbed in your vegoil return? That's what I got for my Mercedes... ;tu ..but it's not yet installed. For some strange reason every time I drain the Vormax pre-filter bowl or vegoil Racor filter or change the vegoil filter in the truck I know I'm letting in some air but...
