Door light & Dome light

I had that problem years ago on my 99 SD. The switch is in an odd place. But old age precludes me from remembering. I believe the lights would stay on until 15 or 20 mph. A squirt of WD fixed it.

Blue smoke & rough idle

I might not be correct. But blue smoke on start up might just be unburned fuel from being cold. I see this every cold start.

Wheel separation and stud shear

“Retorque lug nuts after 50 miles” is the disclaimer on every receipt I get for any work requiring a wheel to be removed.
