    DaveBen, I rarely pull a load, but my truck has a FULL service body on it which probablly doesn't help. Are the hot stop electrical kits worth it in my situation?

    Whining sound

    My truck has around 160k miles and hopefully it isn't the turbo bearrings. I will try the P/S trick. I usually use a vacuum pump and it does a good job, but maybe this time it didn't.

    Does anyone get a whining noise that sounds like power steering pump, but doesn't change when you turn the wheel. It's not when the turbo spools either. I cannot trace it, but it seems to be louder when truck is cold.:dunno

    CHP, I already have the filter(I guess I should put that in my signature) and it helped alittle. Now I'm wondering how much better the Stage 2 is compared to Stage 1 Afe filter. And do you know which I should do first, new exhaust or intake?:dunno

    Today I went to fill up and it was over $4 per gallon. It was around $140 to fill it up. What are the best improvements I can do for better MPG. I know it will cost me, but I got to do what I got to do.
