Well believe it or not I did it!! Took IPR out and it was bad put new one in and it worked! Thank you all so much for providing such helpful information! Couldn't have done it without yall!
Will do! May be toward the end of week bc gotta replace the hydraulic hose on my bucket truck tomorrow & find the leak before the weekend! But will definitely post why happens when I put the new IPR in!
Randy thank you so much that is extremely helpful in every kind of way! I have almost tried all of that. I have test the IPR which turns out it is bad. It's stuck in the open position. Not saying this is going to be my fix but I have one on order and will be here tomorrow. Fingers crossed this...

thanks Randy should've gone with my gut! I had already tried the ICP it's not the sensor and I had already bought he socket and removed everything to reach IPR but was second guessing myself. Will let ya know! Fingers crossed!
No not yet. Amt of time I have to spend on it is limited & I'm not sure what to focus on next. Leaning toward IPR??? I've located it looks like a hassle?
