Well believe it or not I did it!! Took IPR out and it was bad put new one in and it worked! Thank you all so much for providing such helpful information! Couldn't have done it without yall!- Whitworth

Will do! May be toward the end of week bc gotta replace the hydraulic hose on my bucket truck tomorrow & find the leak before the weekend! But will definitely post why happens when I put the new IPR in!- Whitworth

Randy thank you so much that is extremely helpful in every kind of way! I have almost tried all of that. I have test the IPR which turns out it is bad. It's stuck in the open position. Not saying this is going to be my fix but I have one on order and will be here tomorrow. Fingers crossed this...- Whitworth

That explains a lot I've been looking up 6.0 but everything would talk about this bolt and I couldn't figure that out! am mine is a 6.0L that's what had me so confused so what's a good link to show me how to do what I need to do now?- Whitworth

pkease excuse my ignorance but this is all new to me since my husbands passing but does anyone have a picture o the 3/4 nut that I'm supposed to be removing to get the solenoid off from IPR?- Whitworth

I thanks Randy should've gone with my gut! I had already tried the ICP it's not the sensor and I had already bought he socket and removed everything to reach IPR but was second guessing myself. Will let ya know! Fingers crossed!- Whitworth

No not yet. Amt of time I have to spend on it is limited & I'm not sure what to focus on next. Leaning toward IPR??? I've located it looks like a hassle?- Whitworth

Thanks! There was water in the reservoir that night. But The fuel filter under drivers seat had small paint chips in it when I changed it out so thinking IPR could possibly be clogged. I know it's in the V of the engine but I want to make sure I'm taking out the right thing. Where can I find a...- Whitworth

'06 Super Duty Ford F-350 6.0L flatbed will crank but not start. Replaced air, oil & both fuel filters. Checked all fuses. Truck showed water in fuel 4 days & ran hot the night before it wouldn't start. There was no water in reservoir when I changed the filter. What do I look for next? IPR...- Whitworth
