I installed (OR TRIED TO) one in my truck but when I went to torque down the bolts on the oil cooler to the instructions torque spec, thestuds came out of the oil cooler, so I had to go and get a Ford oil cooler from the dealer. In my case the ford oil cooler was much better built than the cheap...
I have the auto hub problem on my F250 also, when I engage the switch my hubs will engage but after about 10-20seconds the hub disengages, we found a small vacuum leak and will be replacing the seals in the spring.
It is time for me to replace my batteries in my rig and I am leaning towards the Duralast Gold. I would like to know if anyone has used these and If they like them? :watchout
I get the same thing, I did notice it was worse with the A/C running. My belt looks to be in good condition but I will need to do the tension test Daveben stated.
I too am going through the same problem myself, I am going the MKM Customs upgraded cooler route. In CT. We have smog testing and I don't want the headache of having to put back in if I get pinched. The upgraded cooler looks much better than stock and I also run an elc with a coolant bypass...

I am looking for suggestions on which EGR delete kit to go with, I am currently leaning towards the MKM Customs kit but would like to hear what everyone else thinks. Thanks
How is this Dave? Hopefully I am showing signature? I was looking at replacing EGR cooler and Oil cooler with the MKM customs Kit? It is approx. $200.00 cheaper than Bulletproof what's your thoughts?
Thanks Dave, I did pull the EGR valve and found a little moisture down inside. So I guess the next question is EGR delete or bulletproof EGR? More money!!!!!

I got home yesterday from a 6 hour ride back from VT towing my boat. No high temps no overheating. When I stopped the truck at home for approx. 5 minutes and then restarted I got a puff of smoke that had a hint of antifreeze in it. Could I be having a problem with my EGR with some blow by or a...
